Bunglalow Modern

Bungalow Modern is a charming and cozy custom 3DXChat project set on a small private island. Originally created for a friend in summer 2023, this modern bungalow combines simplicity with comfort, making it ideal for private RP, intimate gatherings, or relaxing solo sessions.

The house is a single open space with functional zoning: the left side features a bedroom and bathroom, while the right side houses a living room and kitchen. Outside, you’ll find a pool, a backyard lounge area perfect for sunbathing or socializing, and a breathtaking view of a waterfall that adds natural beauty and tranquility to the environment. A short staircase leads down to a private beach, completing the idyllic island setting.

This version is fully updated, with over 60% rebuilt from scratch to ensure smooth performance and high-quality 3DXChat assets. The original legacy version is included as a bonus, though no longer supported. Bungalow Modern offers a peaceful, stylish, and fully immersive 3DXChat environment for players seeking a simple yet elegant retreat with stunning natural views.
