Industrial Loft 3DXChat Apartment is a small yet carefully crafted space designed in a minimalistic industrial style. Inspired by a real apartment located in Estonia, the project focuses on authenticity, clean geometry, and subtle detailing.

Despite its compact size, the loft feels open and functional, combining raw industrial elements with modern residential comfort. Exposed textures, balanced lighting, and thoughtfully arranged furniture create a realistic urban atmosphere without visual clutter.

Every area is optimized to make the most of the available space, resulting in a cozy but stylish environment ideal for casual, everyday, or story-driven roleplay scenarios.
