Parkview Apartment

Parkview Apartment is a luxurious 3DXChat modern apartment with refined Victorian-era vibes, combining classic elegance with contemporary comfort. The project features five fully functional areas: bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom, and balcony terrace, each meticulously detailed and furnished with numerous custom-made objects to create an immersive and realistic living space. The rich details, high-quality furniture, and sophisticated lighting make it ideal for realistic roleplay, cinematic scenarios, or high-end virtual living experiences.

The room was created for modern, high-performance PCs and consists of about 36K objects (total size: 5.8 MB). Even on a powerful setup, framerate may vary between 40–80 FPS on Extreme graphics at 4K resolution. Overall, performance should be no worse than in a typical dance club with 70–80 people. Recommended settings: Use High or Extreme graphics presets. Set Ambient Occlusion and Detail Range to High or Very High. Ambient Occlusion simulates soft lighting shadows, while Detail Range ensures small objects remain visible despite 3DXChat’s optimization.

Important notice: Avoid modifying complex objects, as this may cause layout issues like “fall through the floor.” All known bugs have been fixed, but editing the layout may reintroduce them.
