The Island Club

The Island is a high-quality 3DXChat entertainment club complex designed for versatile nightlife and event experiences. The project features multiple immersive areas, each crafted with attention to detail and atmosphere.

Main areas include:

Club – a vibrant space with a central dance floor, lounges, kinky zones, stripper stage, and various dance spots for dynamic interactions.

Rooftop Pool – complete with its own bar and dance floor, capable of functioning as a standalone pool venue.

Beach – a spacious outdoor area with stunning views, perfect for relaxation or themed parties.

The complex is multifunctional and can be adapted to different uses, as long as the entrance point is placed appropriately. The interior is optimized for night mode, while the pool and beach areas remain visually appealing under any skybox, giving flexibility for various settings and events.

For customization, most key surfaces and neon outlines are grouped, allowing easy one-click changes to colors or textures across large sections. This makes it simple to match the venue to your preferred style or theme.

Two files are included:

Main version – as shown in the video/screenshots.

Simplified version – with fewer objects (some fountains and furniture removed) for better performance.
